SKU: GMP503S

BspQI GMP restriction enzyme recognizes the Type IIS restriction site 5′-GCTCTTC-3′ and cleaves outside the recognition sequence to generate defined cohesive ends.

This GMP-grade BspQI is designed for controlled DNA digestion workflows where traceability, quality control, animal component-free production and documented manufacturing standards are important. Suitable for regulated research, process development, plasmid preparation, vaccine and pharmaceutical production workflows requiring a GMP-grade restriction enzyme.

BspQI GMP Restriction Enzyme for Controlled DNA Digestion

BspQI GMP restriction enzyme is used for controlled, sequence-specific DNA digestion at GCTCTTC sites in plasmid preparation, process development, vaccine and pharmaceutical production workflows where GMP quality control, traceability and raw material documentation are important.

BspQI, GMP Grade, is obtained by recombinant expression in Escherichia coli and can precisely digest target DNA within 15 minutes to 1 hour. This product is manufactured and quality-controlled in compliance with GMP specifications, ensuring full traceability of the production process and raw materials. The entire production process does not involve the use of antibiotics or any animal-derived materials and excipients. Stringent controls are implemented for process-related impurities including host proteins, exogenous DNA, non-specific endonucleases, DNase, RNase, as well as microbial limits and bacterial endotoxins. This product meets the requirements for raw materials in fields such as vaccine and pharmaceutical production.
