The FastPANGEA™ Long PCR DNA Polymerase Master Mix combines a robust Taq DNA Polymerase with a proofreading enzyme possessing 3’→5’ exonuclease activity, enabling high-fidelity amplification of DNA fragments up to 15 kb.
This unique blend increases fidelity 6.5-fold compared to Taq alone, while ensuring strong amplification of long and difficult templates. The mix generates blunt-end PCR products and 3’-adenine overhangs, making them directly compatible with T-vectors for cloning.
With a fast and accurate protocol, this ready-to-use 2x Master Mix delivers reproducible results across genomic, cDNA, and complex templates.
