Ni-NTA IMAC Resin
Zetarose Ni-NTA FF6 is a 6 % cross-linked beaded agarose resin, derivatized with charged nickel metal ion (Ni²⁺) nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) ligand. The solid phase can be used to purify recombinant proteins containing polyhistidine (6xHis) residues via their selective affinity to the chelated nickel. After washing, bound proteins are eluted under native or denaturing conditions with either a low pH buffer or with buffer containing imidazole or histidine.
This Ni-NTA IMAC resin is the general “work horse” for routine purification of His-tagged proteins. It gives:
